**2017-2018 FY Neighborhood Purpose Grant Application — Spring Window**

MCWCC Neighborhood Purposes Grant Ad Hoc Committee

The Mid City West Community Council is currently accepting applications for 2017-2018 Neighborhood Purposes Grants (NPG). During the spring application window, three $1,000 grants will be available. Neighborhood Purpose Grants can be used by either certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or public schools for community improvement projects. The application window is open until March 5th, 2018. Interested organizations should seek to apply as soon as possible.

After reviewing all of the applications, the NPG Ad Hoc Committee will select a finalist to nominate, with final approval coming in March or April of 2018, and the award announcement in March or April of 2018. Interested organizations should therefore plan on an implementation timeline beginning in May or June of 2018, and running for no more than six months.

Please download and fill out the attached application forms (NPG Application, and NPG Application Addendum) and send them to Abraham “Mo” Langer, Chair of the NPG Ad Hoc Committee at alanger@midcitywest.org during the application window. Please contact Mr. Langer with any questions or comments.

Thank you!
